Pricing
Prices displayed on the Puredistance website are quoted in Euro's. US Dollar equivalents are a mere indication, contact us for exact figures or use one of the available online currency converters. Prices are inclusive of 19% Dutch VAT.
Sales Tax, Custom Duties and Shipping Costs are included in our price
Custom duties, sales tax on online transactions, as required by applicable laws, and shipping costs are included in our online retail price. Through this unique service we can guarantee a fixed price. No unpleasant surprises in the form of unexpected, extra costs.
Gift Box
Products purchased from Puredistance online arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are enclosed in a Puredistance gift box that is tied with a Puredistance satin ribbon.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Payment
At the Puredistance Perfume Lounge in Vienna, in person, we accept visa, amex, mastercard, personal checks and cash. In our online boutique we accept visa, mastercard, and amex. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after your card details are checked and credit authorization is received. Shipment will only be made to an address that is registered with your card. Alternatively purchases can be made with a bank wire. Contact us for bank wire information.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Most of Puredistance online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to p.o. Boxes or apo/fpo addresses, which are not available through Fedex. Purchases are shipped via Fedex or other carriers. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by our carrier. If the total delivery time exceeds 21 days the buyer has the option to cancel the order without any costs. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to:

Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from our carrier that your purchase has been delivered.
Return Policy
Puredistance will be happy to accept returns, within 14 days of purchase, of unopened and unused merchandise. Please return your unopened product in its original packaging. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that possibly custom duties will not be subject to refund. Returns must be shipped to:

Once we have received the unopened merchandise we will credit your card, minus possibly custom duties paid by us within 30 days. If you need to return an item please be sure to declare the item as "returned item without value" or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by the customs.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through the Puredistance online boutique. Puredistance products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. All Swarovski crystal is made in Austria.
Governing Law - Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch laws and any action arising out or relating to these terms and conditions of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
