Return Policy

Puredistance will be happy to accept returns, within
14 days of purchase, of unused merchandise. Please
return your unused product in its original packaging.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was
utilized for payment. Please note that possibly custom
duties will not be subject to refund. Returns must be

Once we have received the unopened merchandise we
will credit your card, minus possibly custom duties paid
by us within 30 days. If you need to return an item please
be sure to declare the item as "returned item without value"
or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by
the customs.
