Pricing
Prices displayed on the Puredistance website are quoted in Euro's
and for USA residents in US Dollars. Prices are inclusive of 19%
Dutch VAT.

Sales Tax, Custom Duties and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are INCLUDED. We reserve the right not to ship to
countries that can not be serviced by our shipping companies.
Custom duties, sales tax on online transactions, as required by
applicable laws, are NOT included in our online retail price.

Gift Box
Products purchased from Puredistance online arrive suitable for gift
giving. Products are enclosed in a Puredistance gift box that is tied
with a Puredistance satin ribbon.

Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you
an acknowledgement.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through
the Puredistance E-Store. Puredistance products are crafted with the
highest quality materials, design and workmanship.

Governing Law - Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the Dutch laws and any action arising out or relating
to these terms and conditions of use shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
