Today we launch Puredistance AMBRAGIO, “A Warm Embrace”, created by perfumer Stéphanie Bakouche in Paris.
Four years ago, our founder Jan Ewoud Vos first asked Stéphanie to create a perfume for Puredistance. The time wasn’t right, and the original concept didn’t work out. But he was convinced she could create something exceptional once her circumstances changed, so he invited her to try again with no concept and no deadline, only something made in peace and from the heart. She did. When he smelled the result, he felt a deeply warming embrace, and the name followed: warmth and intimate tenderness. It was worth the wait.
Dew-kissed rose, davana and Roman chamomile open the perfume. Jasmine absolute and Oman incense lead to a base of Madagascar vanilla, leather, benzoin and myrrh, musk and amber. It is an Extrait de Parfum with 25% perfume oil.
AMBRAGIO is available as a 60 ml flacon, with a 10 ml refillable Travel Spray, and as a 100 ml flacon in a luxurious leather holder.
